monday.com is looking for a highly organized, service-oriented Workplace Coordinator & Front Desk to join our Global Workplace Team and support the daily operation of our fast-growing Tel Aviv office. This role represents monday.com’s culture, professionalism, and hospitality, serving as the first point of contact for employees, guests, candidates, suppliers, etc. #LI-DNI About The Role • Serve as the face of monday.com, providing a warm, professional, and high-service reception experience • Assist and direct employees, visitors, guests, and couriers, ensuring a smooth and positive interaction • Manage daily mail, packages, and courier deliveries (local & international) with accuracy and attention to detail • Support day-to-day office operations including parking, food deliveries, visitor access, and entry chips • Collaborate with suppliers and service providers; coordinate deliveries, pickups, and office-related logistics • Maintain a secure and controlled entrance environment, following company procedures and security protocols • Manage information accurately through internal systems and support administrative workflows Requirements • Full proficiency in English (written and verbal) – MUST • Exceptional service orientation and strong interpersonal communication skills • Positive, proactive, and customer-centric approach • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time-management abilities • Technological and information-management orientation; ability to work with internal tools and systems • Problem-solver, resourcefulness, and the ability to remain composed during high-pressure moments • Experience working with suppliers and managing shipments (local & abroad) – significant advantage • Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment – advantage * High ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders, fostering seamless communication and strong cross-functional cooperation Social Title null Social Description null Our Team null Position Type null
