Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences across your building portfolio
  • Ensure direct reports are informed of operational updates and objectives
  • Maintain statutory and operational compliance with contract KPIs
  • Manage 1FM Canada budget, analyze variances, and support financial reporting
  • Oversee vendor payments while adhering to policies
  • Drive operational improvements and financial efficiencies
  • Ensure compliance with JLL and client health and safety standards
  • Participate actively in team and management meetings
  • Collect customer feedback and develop responsive action plans
  • Train, coach, and manage direct report performance
  • Build effective client relationships by understanding and addressing needs
  • Leverage workplace technology and data for decision-making
  • Identify innovation opportunities and strategic improvements
  • Coordinate operational management across critical environments and offices
  • Manage projects affecting operational delivery within Canada portfolio
  • Monitor and adapt to changing customer requirements
  • Collaborate with global account team to achieve shared objectives
