Job Description Provide onsite Fire Life Safety support, which includes, 1. Fire related regulatory support, including onsite inspection and reports 2. Fire drill arrangement for China all sites, twice per year 3. Be the key person and follow the guidance under regional FLS team 4. Organize FLS related activities, like FLS Day 5. On-site FLS inspection and checklist 6. Fire escape layout check and update 7. Fire warden list maintain and update 8. First Aid, AED and other trainings per requirement 9. BMO coordination 10. Training arrangement to all staff and deck preparation accordingly to regulatory requirements 11. Follow up FLS related incident process and submit the report timely 12. FLS planner, surveys and checklist completion 13. Other tasks assigned by line manager Provide onsite EHS support, which includes, 1. EHS affairs in China all buildings 2. Landlord/BMO communications on EHS checklist or EHS local regulatory updates check 3. Be the key person and follow the guidance under regional EHS team 4. Register CMO system if any incident occurred onsite Project Support 1. Provide admin support to small projects in China 2. Coordinate with BMO related works including chopping, OTAC apply 3. Payments and contracts work out 4. Support regional PM if have and follow the guidance under D&C 5. Ensure project construction conduct smoothly 6. Ensure project construction works can be completed per schedule 7. Monitor and ensure project can follow JPMC standard 8. Co-work with Global Security team, GTI, DBS, Multimedia team to ensure construction works are conducted correctly 9. Other tasks assigned by line manager Facilities Management Support 1. Provide team admin support, which includes data analysis, monthly management review, electricity and waste management, Prism work order analysis 2. lease contract management, including chopping and filing 3. Finance management 4.
