Job Description As workplaces continue to evolve, we’re interested in connecting with experienced professionals working across workplace strategy, design strategy and spatial consulting. We’re open to conversations with people at different stages of their career — from experienced Workplace Strategists through to Senior Workplace Strategists — who bring curiosity, insight and a strong understanding of people, culture and place. About the Opportunity This is an opportunity to help shape projects at the intersection of workplace, strategy, design and organisational change. You may currently work within: A workplace strategy or change consultancy Interior design or architecture A property or client-side advisory environment A multidisciplinary design practice You’ll contribute to projects that explore how organisations work, how people experience space, and how environments can better support culture, performance, collaboration and wellbeing. Our work spans commercial workplace, education, mixed-use, civic, cultural and urban environments. Depending on your experience level, you may: Lead or support workplace and design strategy projects Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement and visioning sessions Develop workplace insights, briefing strategies and spatial recommendations Translate research and data into clear, practical outcomes Partner with design teams throughout project delivery Support client relationships, submissions and business development Mentor emerging strategists and contribute to growing the practice Qualifications About You We’re interested in hearing from people who bring a mix of strategic thinking, creativity and commercial awareness. You have: Experience in workplace strategy, design strategy or spatial consulting Strong understanding of workplace trends, future of work and organisational change Research, facilitation and stakeholder engagement capability Experience working alongside architecture and interior design teams Ability to connect people, culture and business needs to spatial outcomes Confidence presenting ideas and influencing clients Curiosity, empathy and a collaborative mindset Experience across commercial workplace projects is essential.
