ROLE OVERVIEW:

Neotalent is looking for a Workplace Engineer with experience to join one of the largest insurance groups in the world, present in 64 countries – offices in Lisbon (hybrid).

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Workplace engineer will be part of the Windows Edition Product team, helping to integrate & deploy the Intune managed device, supporting company entities’ onboarding through profile setup & apps integration activities.

• End-to-end application management (integrate-test-qualify-deploy) in Intune;
• L3 support activities (major incidents, technical issues faced by users);
• Bug analysis/fixes;
• Feature development when necessary;
• Contributing to product lifecycle management on local entity;
• Building and maintaining trust relationships with key-users to keep track of real-life usage of the solution and remain aligned with user needs;
