Job Title: Workplace Experience CoordinatorJob Description Join our team as a Workplace Experience Coordinator where you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to employees and guests in a dynamic office environment. This position is based in San Francisco and requires in-person attendance from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The role is essential for maintaining smooth operations and providing a welcoming atmosphere within the facility. Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing mail, prepare documents for distribution, and ensure timely delivery. Assist employees with inquiries and provide general administrative support. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, issuing passes and following security protocols. Answer the telephone professionally and create presentations for various-sized groups. Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities as requested. Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders and coordinate workplace services. Acknowledge and address inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers. Organize and manage on-site events, including securing event space and coordinating setup and teardown. Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures to ensure safety. Coordinate with vendors providing services or goods to the workplace. Communicate detailed information within the team and follow directions from the manager. Essential Skills Ability to follow basic work routines and standards. Strong communication skills for exchanging straightforward information. Excellent organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Additional Skills & Qualifications Up to 2 years of job-related experience. High School Diploma or GED. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Work Environment This role is situated in a collaborative team environment in San Francisco. It requires in-person attendance during regular business hours, with a focus on providing world-class customer service. Dress code is professional, adhering to corporate standards, and you will be equipped with necessary office technologies to support your daily tasks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of San Francisco, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
