What you'll be doing Oversee daily office operations and facilities in the Vilnius office Plan and deliver local events and wellness initiatives to support company culture Ensure health, safety, and sustainability standards are met in the office Manage vendors, budgets, and spend tracking for efficient operations Handle employee requests, maintain office documentation, and collaborate with internal teams What we're looking for Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills in both English and Lithuanian Proven problem-solving abilities with accuracy, flexibility, and reliability Good customer service and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to assist with special projects as assigned You might also have Experience in the hospitality or customer service industry Hands-on experience with Google Suite apps Additional information Relocation support is not available for this position Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position Life at Unity We offer a wide range of benefits designed to support employees' well-being and work-life balance.
