Position Purpose: Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: 1. Food Order Processing: * Coordinate and manage daily food orders for employees. * Liaise with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery. * Handle any issues or discrepancies with orders. 1. Locker Issuance and Tracking: * Assign lockers to employees and maintain an updated record. * Track locker usage and handle any related issues or requests. * Ensure lockers are in good condition and report any maintenance needs. 1. Pedestal Issuance and Tracking: * Manage the issuance of pedestals to employees. * Keep accurate records of pedestal assignments. * Address any issues related to pedestal usage and maintenance. 1. Work Permit Processing: * Process work permits for employees and contractors. * Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed. * Maintain compliance with company policies and legal requirements. 1. Office Supplies Issuance: * Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies. * Issue supplies to employees as needed. * Reorder supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.   1. Ticket Monitoring: * Track and monitor tickets related to administrative requests. * Ensure timely resolution of tickets and communicate updates to employees. * Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.   1. Other Administrative Tasks: * Assist with general office management and maintenance. * Support workplace experience initiatives and events. * Perform other duties as assigned to support the administrative team.   Qualifications Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. * Proven experience in an administrative or analyst role. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
