Job Description This role will support the day-to-day operations of our office environment and ensure a welcoming, seamless, and engaging experience for all employees and guests. Working closely with the Workplace Experience Manager, this role will coordinate facilities services, events, and daily operational needs as well as administrative support to the local leadership team. Qualifications Essential: Fluent in French, fluent English required Minimum 1-2 years of experience in office coordination, hospitality, administration, or workplace services Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across teams Desirable: Experience in a similar role within the software or IT industry Additional Information The person needs to speak an write in English Job Location: On site
