Job Description We currently have an exciting opportunity in our national Workplace Management Services (WMS) team on a fixed-term (12 month) basis, working alongside our client to deliver a premium customer experience. This role is ideal for an individual seeking a dynamic role, with a passion for delivering the highest level of customer and client service. As our Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for the successful execution of workplace and employee experience events and activations, including client liaison, event planning and administration, food and beverage, and stakeholder management. You will ensure that every client interaction meets the highest standards of service excellence while supporting the efficient and productive operation of our spaces. Working with a local Workplace Support team and a national Workplace Experience team, your day-to-day responsibilities with include: Ensuring first class arrival experience for all customers, hosts, facilitators, VIPs and guests Planning, delivering and executing meetings and events by consulting with stakeholders, management, operational teams and external catering providers Collaborating with local workplace teams to ensure the successful execution of events and activations Maintaining and building positive internal client and external partner relationships Managing key administrative tasks such as end-of-month and budget reporting The role operates on a Monday-Friday roster and encompasses a variety of responsibilities that will provide you with versatility, flexibility, opportunity and will provide you with significant career development opportunities. Qualifications As a collaborative and driven member of our WMS team, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the following: Experience in hospitality, administration, or workplace management roles Customer-centric experience in business-to-business and customer-facing environments. Results-oriented with strong communication skills and impeccable presentation, paying attention to detail. Proficient in assessing and prioritising workload within deadline-driven environments, understanding sometimes priorities change. Thrives on teamwork, collaborating to overcome obstacles and achieve collective success. Additional Information This position is a full-time office-based role in Sydney, servicing general office operating hours on a flexible roster that may require limited after-hours event activity. Our commitment to providing a safe and secure work environment necessitates thorough national police checks. To support this screening, only candidates with Australian residency will be considered.
