As part of this dynamic team, the Workplace Experience Coordinator based in London will be central to orchestrating office operations, enhancing employee engagement through well-coordinated events, and ensuring all facility needs are met with precision and creativity.
This exciting opportunity invites a proactive and passionate individual to contribute significantly to our vibrant European PREWF team, driving excellence and innovation in our workplace experience.
This role is a Permanent Part-time contract (Working days:Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for local employees in London, managing office supplies, special accommodation requests, and office occupancy planning.
- Oversee the management and authorization of building access, coordinating with security teams and local building landlords as necessary to ensure seamless access for employees and visitors.
- Welcome new hires in person, ensuring they have all necessary items and access, providing office tours, and coordinating with IT and HR for a smooth start.
- Assist with employee off-boarding in collaboration with the People Team and IT support, ensuring all access and equipment are appropriately managed.
- Serve as a liaison with Match Group’s corporate facilities manager to address building maintenance or office needs, and coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and deliveries.
- Support of Match Group employee events coordination, communication to execution. This includes in office events, team building activities and offsites
