Description:

WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE HOST

  • Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (some occasional flexibility may be required)
  • 40 hours per week
  • £14.85 - £15.60 per hour + Sodexo benefits
  • Site Based Role (no remote working)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Shape that all-important first impression, greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Preparing the client floor for the day, regularly checking meeting rooms are ready to be used
  • Booking hospitality events and liaising with hospitality provider to place orders
  • Ordering hospitality consumables from Sodexo nominated suppliers
  • Report any issues regarding AV equipment to client support team
  • Showcase your professionalism as you receive incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Working closely with client security management to support visitor and staff access requirement when necessary
  • First aider and fire officer duties (full training provided)
  • Assist in maintaining a tidy and inviting client meeting area
  • Carry out administrative tasks using client systems
  • Be the sites ‘go-to’ for providing information and assistance
