JOB SUMMARY

To support the Workplace Experience (WX) team and promote culture, engagement, and connections in NetApp’s International Headquarters (IHQ).

Responsibilities

Duties shall include, but not be limited to the below and may include ad-hoc duties from time to time in consultation and agreement with our Intern and the Cope Foundation Career Coach.

  • Incoming and outgoing mail support, sorting and delivery to onsite teams as required.
  • Meeting room checks and event set up support including preparing furniture set up and room layout in line with event criteria.
  • Stationary (pens, paper, whiteboard etc.) checks including refilling and reporting stock levels where reordering might be required.
  • Printer station checks including refilling paper if required.
  • Supporting the onsite catering team with refills of tea, coffee, sugar, snacks (excluding any works with boilers, barista, machines or burko taps)
  • Supporting preparation and assignment of visitors’ cards on site
  • Supporting checks on wellness room & first aid kits
  • Meeting and greeting NetAppers, guests, visitors, candidates, and vendor partners on arrival on site.
  • Ad hoc duties which might arise from time to time and will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
