ABOUT THE ROLE
The Workplace Experience Manager will be responsible for elevating the office environment by delivering exceptional hospitality, curating and executing property-specific events, and driving engagement across the building community. This role includes overseeing day-to-day operations and programming for a variety of amenity spaces—including conference centers, rooftop terraces, and fitness centers. As the connector and experience creator, you’ll be the familiar face everyone knows and trusts within the building. The ideal candidate will bring outstanding customer service skills, strong leadership qualities, a hospitality-first mindset, and a keen attention to detail.
