Description

CUSTOMER SUPPORT:

  • Ensure prompt and positive responses aligned with Client’s expectations of customer support and protocol to office incidents and requests
  • Ensure all tickets are answered within the SLAs, respond to, and manage all tier 1 tickets, ensure tier 2 and tier 3 Jira tickets are appropriately triaged within the SLA
  • Monitor Slack channel and respond promptly addressing the matter.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients seeking help navigating all aspects of their workplace; both in-person and by email/Slack

Requirement :

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Offi ce products and Gsuites.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
