As a Workplace Experience Specialist, Global, you will be a strategic partner in creating a positive workplace experience across all our hubs. You will work closely alongside our Global Workplace Experience Lead ensuring our hubs across the globe are fit for purpose in line with our Global Workplace Experience Strategy. You will also be a key team member in our Berlin office, making sure day to day operations run smoothly. This is a full time role, requiring 5 days a week in our Berlin Office. This role will require occasional travel to our global hubs outside of Germany. Your Mission: Reporting to the Global Workplace Experience Lead, you will be instrumental in designing and delivering exceptional workplace environments: Autonomously lead and support global projects, such as: new office searches, moves, and new office setups, ensuring alignment with our Global Workplace Experience Vision. Act as a backup and provide essential support to local Workplace Experience teams across our international hubs (Berlin, Munich, London, Valencia, Melbourne, Boston), ensuring a high level of service delivery. This may involve travel to various hub locations as needed. Together with a team, drive day to day operations in our Berlin office, ensuring a welcoming environment that supports our hybrid working model. Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of global workplace standards, policies, and guidelines. Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, People, Executive Leadership, and Chief Excitement Officers (CXOs) and other enabling functions, to enhance employee experience and engagement within the offices. Support the seamless integration of our Hybrid workstyle within the physical office environments, ensuring spaces facilitate meaningful in-person collaboration, team meetings, and working sessions. Work closely with the Global Workplace Experience Lead, assisting with strategic planning, data analysis, and day-to-day operational support. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in the global workplace experience and propose practical, employee-centric solutions. Contribute to a workplace culture that fosters employee motivation, knowledge transfer, engagement, mental health, and effectiveness. What You Need to Succeed: Proven experience in workplace experience, office management, or facilities management, ideally within a fast-paced, global, or multi-location technology company. Demonstrated strong project management skills with a track record of autonomously leading initiatives from conceptualization to successful execution, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. A highly proactive self-starter with the ability to autonomously lead projects and manage multiple priorities effectively with minimal supervision. A high level of service orientation, consistently prioritizing the employee experience and seeking solutions to enhance comfort, productivity, and engagement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate seamlessly with diverse stakeholders across all levels and functions. High degree of flexibility and adaptability to changing needs, priorities, and company growth, including a willingness to travel to various hub locations as required. A solid understanding of hybrid work models and a passion for creating inclusive office environments that support both in-person and remote collaboration. Fluency in English and German.
