Within your functional work stream you will deliver timeous and accurate administrative support to the Talent, Learning and Leadership Development team. You will work closely with various portfolio specialists to organise and deliver the planned Talent, Learning and Leadership Development programmes to various stakeholders across the business. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Carry out all transactional activities that lie within the responsibility of your functional work stream Provide administration support to the Talent, Learning and Leadership Development (TL & LD) team by leasing with stakeholders on upcoming events or activities scheduled by the team Follow-up on invitations for event attendance and keep a register of attendance and non-attendance Schedule meetings/events and requested by the Talent, Learning and Leadership Development (TL & LD) team. Participate in regular meetings, invite stakeholders to TL & LD functional work stream events, encourage participation and feedback from business as and when required Inform business teams regarding changes in scheduled events or response timelines Continually update all stakeholders on process changes, system updates and all other relevant matters pertaining to the Talent, Learning and Leadership Development as directed or requested by the team Deliver continuously improved HR administrative services WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE: Key attributes and competencies Organisational Skills – know SLAs and make sure to deliver within the agreed time and / or quality Precision – attention to detail in the execution of all key tasks Communication skills – excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to organise and prioritise various project timelines and expected outcomes (as guided and agreed with specialists) Ability to maintain confidentiality - Qualifications required Business or HR related degree Functional knowledge of excel In accordance with the employment equity plan of Tiger Brands and its employment equity goals and targets, preference may be given, but is not limited, to candidates from under-represented designated groups.
