Company DescriptionAre you ready to put in the next gear at IKEA and making us better together?  At IKEA of Sweden, we design, develop and maintain our global product range — furniture, lighting, textiles, home accessories — all grounded in democratic design: beautiful, functional, sustainable, affordable. Älmhult is the heart of innovation for IKEA.  We are now looking for a Workplace Facility Coordinator in Workplace Operations  Workplace Operations enables our co-workers to develop our product range in a functional, safe and inspiring workplace. Job DescriptionDo you have passion for quality and clarity and , in combination with an eye for detail?Then this role might just be for you:In this role, you will lead, coordinate, develop, and follow up on the deliveries of Facility Services in order to secure functionality and quality, which in turn maximizes our support to the core business together with your colleagues.  You will be making sure that all the services deliver a high quality every day and that all areas in our buildings are kept neat and clean. You will be part of a team responsible for several areas within Facility Services such as Cleaning, Fika, Office Supplies, Coffee machines, Green plants etc  You will be the link between the business and the property owner when it comes to indoor environment maintenance and looking after the outdoor areas. This role is a temporary assignment for 14 months, covering a Parental LeaveQualificationsTo be successful in this role we believe that you:  Have an education and/or some experience within the area of Facility Management or similair.  Can identify and develop goals and measurements in line with agreements and develop the right tools for the business Have a keen eye for detail and quality in everything you do Have good digital knowledge and see opportunities in digitalised and automated solutions Build trustful relationships and co-operate with people in different units and suppliers, showing strong communication, negotiation- and influencing skills.   Have a strong service and quality focus and enjoy a fast changing everyday with focus on problem solving, prioritizing and structure in a cost-conscious way Find it motivating to work with both hands on, as well as more tactical and pro-active planning in parallel, getting things done where needed Find motivation in identifying areas of development moving towards a more digital and sustainable environmentAs a person you are a team player with good analytical skills and high ability to coordinate Additional InformationDoes this sound like your next challenge?Then we look forward to receiving a copy of your CV and your answers to the below listed questions.
