You’re someone who balances compliance and culture, thinks commercially, and confidently engages everyone from frontline teams to senior leaders. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll spend time in the field, building trust, capability and consistent safety practice across all sites. What You’ll Be Doing Driving group-wide WHS strategy, governance and risk oversight Providing expert advice on legislation, compliance systems and audit readiness Partnering with WHS Advisors on policy development and alignment Embedding wellbeing and psychological safety into everyday operations Lifting WHS capability across leaders, frontline teams and advisors What You’ll Bring 8+ years’ WHS experience in logistics or heavy industry 3+ years in a WHS management-level role Strong working knowledge of Heavy Vehicle legislation Bachelor’s degree in WHS (or equivalent) WHS certifications (Cert IV/Diploma, Lead Auditor, ICAM etc.) A people-first leadership approach rooted in humility, practical problem-solving and strong communication Be Part of Something Bigger.
