Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE:

This position is situated within the People & Culture team and entails the development and oversight of Rumbalara’s staff Health and
Safety programs and initiatives within the Workplace Health and Safety Business Performance Framework. The role has a specific focus
on promoting employee Safety & Wellbeing to enhance individual health outcomes and organisational performance.
The responsibilities of this role also include managing workplace rehabilitation, injury/illness management, return to work, workers’
compensation, and associated reporting activities with the support of the OHS Coordinator.
