You will shape investigation standards, strengthen our controls and protocols, ensuring a fair process and stronger risk culture across the firm.    You’ll be part of our highly collaborative, agile team with strong expertise and a strong commitment to continuous learning. No two days are the same, and you’ll be challenged to think creatively, solve complex problems, and embrace a growth mindset.    Your Key Responsibilities   Lead Workplace Investigations: Conduct fair, thorough and neutral investigations into complex workplace issues. Handle sensitive allegations relating to discrimination, harassment, bullying, retaliation, and misconduct. Deliver clear, fact‑based investigation reports with actionable recommendations. Maintain accurate documentation and timely case progression.   Strengthen Governance & Risk Controls: Develop and shape Singapore’s investigation protocols, ensuring consistently high standards, policy alignment and procedural fairness. Identify trends, emerging risks, and areas for additional guidance or policy enhancement. Recommend and implement preventive controls and procedural improvements. Conduct trainings for EY personnel   Stakeholder Engagement Build trusted relationships with Service Line leaders, Talent, Legal, Risk Management teams. Prepare reports and updates for leadership on case trends and key risks. Support and consult on cross-border investigations as needed.   Skills & Attributes for Success Minimum 5 years’ experience conducting workplace or employee relations investigations. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law, disciplinary procedures, and data protection regulations is a plus. Exceptional communication, case documentation, and report writing skills. High emotional intelligence, able to navigate sensitive issues, and complex stakeholder dynamics. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and comfort with ambiguity.
