About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Workplace Learning & Development Partner to deliver engaging training, facilitation and accredited early childhood qualifications in workplace settings across Australia. This role is based in Nundah on a full-time basis and offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the early childhood sector. What you’ll do Deliver virtual and face-to-face training, workshops and seminars Facilitate and assess accredited early childhood qualifications in the workplace Support centre leaders and educators to build capability and embed practice Manage a caseload of students, including assessments and competency sign-offs Ensure training delivery and administration meets ASQA and RTO compliance requirements What you’ll bring A genuine commitment to child safety, wellbeing and inclusion, aligned with Busy Bees values Significant experience in Early Childhood Education and Care Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) Experience in workplace training, facilitation and assessment Ability to travel nationally, including overnight stays Current Working With Children Check and driver’s licence Why ACCCO & Busy Bees? Responsibilities
The partner will be responsible for delivering engaging virtual and face-to-face training, workshops, and seminars, alongside facilitating and assessing accredited early childhood qualifications within workplace settings. This includes managing a caseload of students and ensuring all training administration adheres to ASQA and RTO compliance requirements.
