What this job involves As the Mailroom Coordinator you will deliver Administration & Logistic support, enhancing the employee experience of our colleagues through our onsite services and business administration support. This role with JLL is based on-site in Emu Plains, Brisbane for our large general insurance client, it is a part time role, hours will be Mon-Fri, 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM. (20 hrs) Based onsite in Emu Plains, your day to day respsonsibilities will be: Manage key on-site administration services for offices in Australia and New Zealand, including third-party provider coordination Build strong stakeholder relationships and assist in day-to-day office operations, while providing input for new workplace models Ensure efficient and timely support services, including meeting room setup, event coordination, and audiovisual equipment management Oversee mail services, including receipt, processing, and distribution, with a focus on digital transformation and secure document handling Manage suppliers, procurement, and financial activities, while supporting other functions as needed Maintain a safe, clean, and organized office environment, including lobbies and conference rooms Perform physical tasks, including lifting objects up to 15kg, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols Required skills & experience: Previous experience in a corporate environment Capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve problems effectively Strong communicator – possesses strong verbal & written communication skills; also an active listener Passion for quality – has an eye for detail to make sure the best delivery of services If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
