Based in Melbourne CBD, this role is perfect for an experienced Office Coordinator or Administrator ready to take the next step into a leadership position. You’ll be the key driver of workplace operations, culture, and engagement across multiple offices. Oversee daily operations across multiple offices, ensuring a seamless and professional experience Lead and support front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding service Manage facilities and office services, including parking and general upkeep Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and provide executive support Plan and deliver state-wide events such as conferences and team celebrations Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners Align Victorian workplace initiatives with national standards and processes Qualifications This role is ideal for someone with solid office coordination or administration experience who’s ready to step up into a broader, more impactful role. You’ll bring: Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Experience in office operations or workplace management Confidence in working with budgets and suppliers A passion for creating great workplace experiences Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, detail-oriented approach and professional presentation Energy and enthusiasm for team culture and engagement Additional Information Why Colliers?
