DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide the leadership to the soft team at the client site Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of soft services, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization. Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other relevant documentation related to facility management/soft services based on the contract and commitment with client and ensure implementation and compliance of the processes. Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and service providers. Manage vendor relationships and oversee the performance of contracted services. Develop and manage facility budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness. Proactively identify and address potential soft services issues and implement preventative maintenance measures. Utilize strong logical reasoning to troubleshoot problems and develop effective solutions. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity. Oversee compilation and deliver the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the client. Coordinate discussions with each direct report regarding goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning and incentive/salary administration. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and Jones Lang LaSalle audit standards. KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES Client Satisfaction Level of communication within the organization and with the client. Morale and satisfaction of employees under management Improvement and savings initiatives for the client as well as Jones Lang LaSalle Level of independently write and update SOPs based on contract terms and SLAs, coupled with a high level of proficiency in documentation and reporting. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree or higher. Over 7 years practical experience in facility management and experience managing properties with an area of over 50,000 sqm and leading teams of at least 3 people. Strong leadership, people and communication skills Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese Experience in developing and implementing SOPs and maintaining relevant documentation. Proven ability to think logically and approach challenges with a structured mindset. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership. Ability to think laterally and deliver innovative solutions Experience in managing vendors and contractors is a plus.
