We are currently seeking an experienced Workplace Manager to lead the delivery of high‑quality, safe and efficient workplace services across New South Wales and the ACT. This is a senior operational leadership role with real influence—responsible for managing a diverse workplace portfolio, leading a multi‑disciplinary team, and partnering closely with business leaders to support growth, performance and culture. What you’ll do As Workplace Manager, you’ll take end‑to‑end responsibility for the performance of our regional workplace operations, ensuring all offices operate to WSP standards while continuously improving service delivery. Key responsibilities include: * Leading and developing a high‑performing Workplace team across NSW & ACT * Owning workplace strategy and delivery in alignment with national objectives * Managing budgets, Capex and Opex, cost tracking and financial governance * Overseeing facilities, premises management, fit‑outs, relocations and space planning * Ensuring full compliance with HSE, security, quality and assurance standards * Delivering a world‑class front‑of‑house and employee experience * Managing suppliers, contractors, landlords and key external partners * Providing clear reporting and insights to the Head of Workplace, Australia   You’ll balance strategic planning with hands‑on operational leadership, ensuring our workplaces remain safe, compliant, welcoming and future‑ready.   About you You’re a seasoned workplace or facilities leader who thrives in complex, multi‑site environments and enjoys building strong relationships across a matrix organisation.
