Workplace Operations and Experience is an area focused on providing a consistent yet culturally relevant experience across all our spaces and experiences globally. Increase the definition and realization of the value provided to the business by our spaces and experiences through engagement and cost optimization. Our area collaborates in partnership to achieve commercial results with markets, DEC, and functions. Location: São Paulo, SP. This role requires onsite presence at the Thoughtworks office on Avenida Paulista, 2300 - Bela Vista. Job responsibilities Routine administrative activities. Relationship management and support for employees, clients, and suppliers who frequent the space. Support in organizing and assisting with in-person internal meetings or events. Monitoring and organizing our spaces. Interaction with the Brazil team for initiatives and routines in the area. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our spaces and internal processes. Job qualifications Technical Skills Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree. Professional Skills Good communication. Initiative. Active listening. Flexibility. Problem solving.
