We’re proud of the workplaces we create and want someone who is as proud as we are of giving N26ers safe and comfortable places to do their work. We have an 18k square meter HQ in the center of Berlin in addition to 6 smaller offices throughout Europe.
The role is part of our Workplace and Physical Security Team, within our People Division.

WHO WE ARE

N26 has reimagined banking for today’s digital world. Technology and design empower everything we do and it’s how we are building the global banking platform the world loves to use.
We’ve eliminated physical branches, paperwork, and hidden fees for an elegant digital experience and supreme savings. Giving people the power to live and bank their way is what gets us out of bed in the morning and inspires the work that we do.
We are headquartered in Berlin with offices in multiple cities across Europe, including Vienna and Barcelona, and a 1,500-strong team of more than 80 nationalities.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Facilities Management within our offices, making sure we deliver safe and compliant Workplaces within budget.
  • Manage 3rd party contractors who run the majority of our FM services - ensuring they deliver great quality and value for money.
  • Develop and maintain Health and Safety policies and processes across all of our offices and ensure our team and providers are compliant with them. Training people and building capability as a true HSE Expert.
  • Manage accidents and incidents, following the correct process and ensuring we learn from each one and build a process of continuous improvement.
  • Conduct risk assessments, reviews and audits to ensure we are compliant with laws, policies and best practices.
