We’re looking for a Workplace Ops Manager to be the heart of our San Francisco office—you’ll keep the office running smoothly, partner with global teams to deliver memorable events, and provide support to our GTM leaders. This is a great role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys variety in their day-to-day, and wants to shape the employee experience at a growing company. You’ll own the day-to-day operations of our San Francisco office and work on a blend of office management, event planning, exec support and culture-building.

EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE & CULTURE

  • Working in coordination with our Workplace ops team in Sydney, create and lead in-office employee events such as pop-ups, happy hours, employee engagement events, and celebrations (recognition days, birthdays, anniversaries, milestones).
  • Support onboarding experiences for new hires, including welcome lunches and swag setup.
  • Bring creativity and energy to office life, helping foster a fun and collaborative culture.
  • Research new vendors and brainstorm new experiences that surprise and delight.
