Your Impact   This is more than a traditional ER role. You will play a key role in supporting the Workplace Relations strategy, working across employment relations, industrial relations and governance to help shape how we support our people and leaders. You’ll start with strong ER foundations, while building deeper capability across IR and broader workplace strategy.   Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage ER matters including investigations, performance and disputes * Support leaders with practical, commercially balanced advice * Contribute to Workplace Relations initiatives across: * Industrial Relations * Governance and compliance * Capability building * Translate legal positions into clear, actionable guidance for the business * Partner with stakeholders to navigate complex workplace challenges About You You are an ER professional who enjoys the work but is ready to go further. You bring: * Strong experience in Employment Relations / ER advisory * Confidence managing cases and advising leaders * A natural ability to simplify complexity and influence outcomes Just as importantly, you have: * Curiosity - you want to understand the “why” * Confidence to challenge constructively and respectfully * A genuine appetite to learn and grow into Industrial Relations You don’t see workplace relations as just casework.
