We are seeking a 2nd level Support Specialist to join our IT Department in Budapest. In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening our Workplace Remote Support in Incident & Problem Management, providing technical support to our users, and ensuring seamless user experiences. In your new role you will: Handle tickets proactively, prioritizing and troubleshooting issues, and conducting follow-up analyses and documentation Resolve complex problems as a 2nd level support specialist, communicating with 3rd level support as needed Collaborate with 3rd level support to drive continuous service improvement Assist with the rollout of clients and applications in various customer environments Participate in an individual induction phase to prepare for your new responsibilities, with regular feedback discussions and systematic planning to support your long-term success You are a customer-focused and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively in a dynamic environment and provide top-notch support to our users. You are adaptable, flexible, and willing to learn and grow, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a drive to achieve the best possible results.
