Requirement: :
1. Have a valid class 3/4 driving license.
2. Familiar driving in Singapore roads.
3. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Candidate must possess at least education Diploma / Secondary in any field.
5. Candidate must possess at Advanced Certificate In Workplace Safety And Health and WSH Coordinator Refresher.
6. Need to Know Autocad Software, Microsoft Word / Excel, PDF Editor Software.
7. Have a valid possess driving license.
Job Description :
1. Analyse data on Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) performance, conditions and practices.
2. Carry out WSH compliance inspections.
3. Clarify WSH programme requirements to employees of other departments.
4. Coach team members on how to conduct routine checks on work activities.
5. Conduct WSH incident and accident investigations.
6. Conduct document reviews of Workplace Safety and Health Management System (WSHMS) reports.
7. Coordinate Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan (EPRP) drills and the maintenance of emergency response equipment.
8. Coordinate WSH programme initiatives.
9. Develop and deliver safety briefings.
10. Evaluate WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions and practices to identify WSH performance gaps.
11. Evaluate impact of health hazards to employees’ safety and prioritise issues based on severity.
12. Highlight barriers in complying with WSH policy and procedure.
13. Identify areas for improvement in the WSHMS.
14. Propose corrective and preventive measures to address root cause of incident.
15. Review investigation findings to identify causes of incidents and accidents.
16. Support Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policy and procedure implementation
