WSH OFFICER – ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

• Location: Woodlands Industrial Park, Singapore (Work Islandwide)
• Employment: Full-Time, Permanent | Salary: S$4,500 – S$6,000/month + performance-based incentives
• Hours: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:45 PM
• Industry: Engineering & Construction / High-Tech Projects
• Certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18001

REQUIREMENTS:

• Registered WSH Officer with MOM
• Relevant qualification in WSH or Engineering
• 3+ years’ experience as WSH Officer (Junior WSHO considered)
• Strong knowledge of WSH regulations and risk management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and initiative

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Lead safety initiatives across multiple sites, manage risks, ensure compliance, and foster a proactive Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) culture across engineering, telecommunications, high-tech factories, and commercial projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead site safety teams and implement WSH processes
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections, and staff training
• Investigate incidents, recommend improvements, and ensure safe working conditions
• Ensure compliance with WSH Act and statutory requirements
• Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and stakeholders
• Prepare and submit safety reports to management, clients, and authorities
