  • Excellent customer service and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required

The role would include duties such as:

  • Conference room logistics for internal and external clients: setting up rooms for events and meetings as requested, reorganizing set-up materials at the end of the event or meeting (moving furniture, carrying heavy equipment or boxes)
  • Ensure workspaces and conference rooms are clean, and furniture is properly arranged for other users.
  • Cleaning of the coffee area and dishes (fill and empty the dishwasher) and ensure the availability of the necessary items (milk, sugar, paper towels, refill coffee machines).
  • Office supplies inventory.
  • Collect of dishes or other items after meetings/events in the conference rooms and in the workspaces.
  • Works with the facilities supervisor on providing and maintaining inventory and maintenance reports.
  • Support for office maintenance requests, including onsite vendor management.
  • Respond to clients (internal and external) as needed.
  • Other related duties and clerical tasks as needed, including inspections on the different floors, checking on furniture, displaying and removing posters on the various floors
