Compensation: $50-55k Annually
Hours: 8:30-5:30 pm CST

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong and independent self-management
Must demonstrate the ability to communicate thoroughly and effectively, both in written and spoken word
Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
Must be a team player
Moderate level of knowledge using Microsoft Office Projects (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative or office support role, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Provide support to national branches via internal ticketing system (including but not limited to placing office orders and scheduling service appointments)
Manage company shipping accounts for location and user setups/closures, and general account maintenance
Coordinate vendor deliveries and pick-ups for soft services such as water coolers, shred service, coffee machines,
Handle requests for new and updated certificates, documents, and contracts, including distribution to original requestors
Act as a point of contact for national branch emergencies such as structural damage, maintenance requests, snow removal,
Assist Project Managers with Workplace Services tasks associated with office openings, closings, relocations, and transfers
Manage and maintain team resources so as to provide the most up-to-date information necessary for team efficiency
