WHY BOX NEEDS YOU We need a seasoned professional to help keep our headquarters running smoothly! WHAT YOU'LL DO Onsite facility and program supervision Supervisor to Janitorial vendor Communicate with WPS team and vendor manager Support Janitorial team as needed/requested Employee move and reshuffle support includes furniture, phone booths, infrastructure, etc Event Support Onsite internal and external hosted event set up support ad hoc requests Lunch and Snack program support re-stocking of floors organization of storages and walk in units communication of par levels and program overview to program manager (Diana) Maintain cleanliness of facility locations including kitchen, storage rooms, closets, workshops, etc Maintain onsite equipment Repair and maintain equipment, appliances, and fixtures Facility Lighting, including internal parts and fixtures Work stations, including peripheral items Audit minor equipment repair ad hoc projects such as carpet tile replacement Maintain and repair appliances, ensuring they are operational Patch, Paint and repair walls, doors, furniture, etc Communication with facility manager regarding damage, repair, and replacement for items and equipment Install, build, and Kitchen Initial PM of equipment Grease interceptor and main pulper room maintenance Misc various facility related tasks; ie: Clean up weather tiggering pooling water in B2 Support SF office with facility related task work and repairs Support auxiliary Box teams, such as IT, Security, etc WHO YOU ARE 10 years of relevant industry experience Positive attitude Team player Ability to prioritize Box lives its values, with community and in-person collaboration being a core part of our culture.
