About the Opportunity
We’re looking for innovative individuals who can bring fresh perspectives to our team. We’re currently hiring for a Seasonal Workplace Signer to join our team.
Pay Range: $19 and $23 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the worksite is signed in accordance with provincial requirements
  • Ensuring all equipment required for the day is loaded on the truck prior to departing
  • Interacting with customers in the field to understand scope of work and level of traffic control required
  • Ensuring Traffic Control Persons are following all safety policies in the field
  • Acting as a Traffic Control Person while crew members are on breaks/lunches
  • Performing routine inspections of temporary workplaces
  • Communicate with other workers on site and project manager

Requirements

  • Ability to stand for 10-12 hours daily
  • Must have a Valid Nova Scotia Traffic Control Agent/Signer Certification
  • Driver’s license is an asset
  • Work outside in all types of weather conditions
  • Able to lift 50+lbs safely
  • Must be reliable and punctual
