ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Workplace Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in helping people with intellectual disability maintain sustainable employment by providing tailored post-placement support and partnering with employers to create inclusive, thriving workplaces.
You’ll work closely with both job seekers and employers to design and deliver solutions that reduce turnover, improve retention, and support successful long-term employment outcomes.

• Identify and implement interventions that reduce employment risks and enhance inclusion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers to promote long-term partnerships.

• Monitor progress, document support activities, and meet key performance milestones.
