PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

All new employees must complete several pre-employment requirements prior to starting.

EDUCATION

  • Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in nursing, social services, law enforcement, security services, allied health care field, or related field
  • Education or formal training in adult education principles
  • Minimum formally trained in crisis intervention/de-escalation techniques at the trainer level

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience conducting crisis intervention and/or de-escalation.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in program or office management.
