We want to drive change that uplifts network quality, team moral, and success across all Road Services business units within Downer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and optimise preventative maintenance activities in real time
• Monitor work crews across the network and support efficient delivery
• Adapt to change fast — reroute crews, manage scope changes, and drive daily improvement
• Partner with key stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and best-for-network outcomes
• Provide feedback and data insights to enhance future planning cycles
• Promote and live Downer’s Zero Harm safety culture
