Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Works Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our delivery operations—scheduling works, liaising with clients, and ensuring projects hit their deadlines. You’ll work closely with field teams, permitting authorities, and internal departments to keep everything running smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and schedule telecoms works across multiple projects
  • Monitor progress and ensure delivery targets are met
  • Liaise directly with clients to provide updates and resolve queries
  • Assist with permit applications and ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Support project managers with reporting and administrative tasks
