JOB DESCRIPTION Leads / co-leads a group of supervisors, job leaders, workforce for the maintenance works Studies repair requirements as defined in the specifications, inspects jobs at site and clarifies requirements Delegates jobs to supervisors and plans the manpower required for the jobs in accordance to the budgeted man-hours Monitors and inspects the work of sub-contractors and yardmen to ensure that quality and workmanship conform to company standards Tracks, monitors and reports daily work progress to the Section Manager / Assistant Section Manager Monitors and tracks the overall department Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP) Assists the Section Manager / Assistant Section Manager in preparing the Yearly Work Plan for Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP) Raises or approves PR / PO for materials and equipment required for the jobs accordingly Performs admin works for daily section reporting and updating of systems (E-invoice, Utilities, Manpower, Equipment Rental, Contracts, Costing, DRR, etc) Monitors the Section Government Related License, Insurance and Payment Tracking (EMA, MPA, LTA, JTC, SLA, SP Group, etc) Collects and maintains CAPEX and OPEX Assets Management in the Yearly Work Plan (Memo, Proposal, Circulation & Monitoring) Ensures correct documentation and reports done to comply for ABMS Audit JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Marine Engineering or related engineering disciplines Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply (On Job Training will be provided) Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken) Good in planning, organizing, and interpersonal skills and able to work independently Location(s): Seatrium (SG) Pte.
