What You’ll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: * Coordinate and publish daily/weekly work schedules for PAS activities at the base. * Allocate resources, trades, and subcontractors to tasks in line with priority and contractual response times. * Ensure urgent works and unplanned tasks are integrated into schedules with minimal disruption. * Accurately enter, update, and close work orders in PAS systems (e.g., SAP, GEMS, CMMS). * Liaise with PAS Manager, Supervisors, subcontractors, and Defence representatives to confirm work readiness. * Coordinate with the Technical Services Hub for alignment on asset data, compliance requirements, and scheduling procedures. What You’ll Bring * Experience in maintenance or works scheduling within facilities management, asset management or logistics environments. * Certificate III in Business or Logistics. * Certificate IV in Asset Management. * White Card and site access credentials (desirable) * Ability to obtain and retain an AGSVA Security Clearance. * Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-trade or multi-discipline work programs.
