COMPANY OVERVIEW

We are a motor vehicle workshop providing repair, servicing, and maintenance services. We are looking for an organised and responsible Administrative Assistant to support our daily workshop operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with customers and suppliers)
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Prior experience in automotive / workshop environment is an advantage, but not required
  • Friendly, proactive, and willing to learn

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer enquiries (phone, WhatsApp, walk-in) and schedule appointments
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and payment collection
  • Prepare and file job sheets, claims, and workshop records
  • Update and maintain customer and vehicle service records
  • Support coordination between customers, suppliers, and mechanics
  • Assist in ordering spare parts and tracking inventory
  • General office administrative tasks (filing, data entry, documentation)
