Job Description: We are seeking a Workshop Coordinator & Front of House Sales person to manage workshop scheduling, customer service, and sales. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. The individual will need to work along side our accounts department, workshop staff and directors.
Responsibilities:
* Manage workshop schedule and coordinate job allocation.
* Greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide estimates.
* Dealing with ordering parts and returns.
* Handle sales of products and services.
* Maintain customer records and process invoices.
* Ensure the front of house is clean and welcoming.
* Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in computer skills.
