REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar workshop or maintenance supervisory role
· Strong mechanical or technical background – fitter and turner or similar handyman experience preferred
· Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
· Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and forward-thinking mindset
· Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
· Strong communication and organisational skills
· Matric (Grade 12) essential
· Relevant technical qualification/certification (e.g., mechanical, maintenance, engineering) – Certificate/Diploma or Trade Test advantageous
· Computer literacy is essential – must be proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word
· Experience with Sage Evolution would be a distinct advantage
