Our focus is on precision, quality, and local manufacturing, delivering both DIY kits and finished products to customers across Australia.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different workshop tasks
• Physically fit with the ability to handle manual work
• Current driver’s licence (preferred, required for pickups/deliveries)
• Previous experience with tools and workshop equipment is required
• Forklift licence (desirable but not required)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Workshop Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on position in a small workshop environment, supporting a variety of day-to-day tasks to keep production and orders moving smoothly. The role will begin as a casual/part-time position, with the potential to grow into full-time for the right candidate. We are also open to apprentices or experienced tradesmen who are a good fit for our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Picking and packing customer orders for dispatch
• Sorting, organising, and preparing laser-cut parts
• Assisting with deliveries and pickups (manual handling involved)
• Operating workshop machinery to bend tube and plate components
• Supporting general fabrication tasks and workshop duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
