JOB SUMMARY

As a Workshop Assistant, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers, helping to ensure pumps are dismantled, repaired, tested, and prepared to the highest standards. This is a hands-on role offering the chance to develop valuable skills and build a career within a leading engineering business.

REQUIREMENTS

• Practical, hands-on approach with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Previous workshop or engineering experience is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided.
• Clean Driving License

  Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

• Assist engineers with dismantling, cleaning, assembling, and testing pumps.
• Assisting Mechanical Engineers on various sites.
• Prepare and organise tools, parts, and materials for workshop jobs.
• Carry out basic mechanical tasks under supervision.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment.
• Ensure compliance with company health and safety procedures.
