Workshop Assistant:
We are seeking to recruit a suitably experienced and motivated workshop assistant to work in our garages.
Candidates will have the opportunity to work in a professional, hardworking environment
within a workforce that thrives on teamwork and achieving superior customer service.

Duties/Responsibilities (include but not limited to)

  • Fitting windows, altering seat layout, general adjustments to customise cars.
  • Welding as required.
  • Using materials, parts, and equipment in an efficient manner.
  • Develop an understanding of workshop equipment.
  • Full compliance with all safety procedures and adhering to the vehicle’s operating safety steps.
  • Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

About You/Requirements:

  • Possess a full, valid, and clean driver’s license (desirable but not essential).
  • Have an eagerness to learn with a genuine interest and knowledge of cars.
  • Some welding experience would be an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Be comfortable working in a team environment as well as having the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Have a positive attitude to working relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
  • Be organised and diligent with a flexible approach to work.
