Summary
For the “Production IR Cameras” division, we are looking for a “Workshop Writer/Maintenance Specialist (f/m/d)” for IR camera systems at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible.
The “Production IR Cameras” division produces IR thermal imaging cameras for use in stationary and mobile applications. The sensors are used in land vehicles as well as in airborne applications and in the maritime sector.
These systems are used for reconnaissance and the protection of borders, objects and people.

Your Tasks

• Entering error messages and repair findings in the SAP system
• Processing additional cost orders
• Billing of repairs and checking that completed orders are billed correctly
• Monthly billing of production hours (overheads and additional costs)
• Ordering of consumption-controlled material, booking of assembly warehouse and Kanban goods
• Equipment entries for series and repairs
• General troubleshooting for postings / equi-maintenance
• Scanning of equipment files and linking and preparation of the electronic equipment file
• Support / input for the team leaders
• Clarification and coordination with specialist departments

Your Profile

• Successfully completed training as an industrial clerk, office clerk, alternatively also completed technical training with an affinity for office and writing activities
• Professional experience in a comparable position
• Very good SAP skills and good knowledge of MS Office
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and organizational skills
• Very good German and good English skills
